Toastmasters Leadership Institute
- Period 1: June 1 – August 31
- Period 2: November 1 – February 28 (or 29)
- At least four officers must be trained each period to earn DCP goal #9 credit, but we encourage all 7 officers to attend.
Toastmasters Leadership Institutes (TLIs) are free, live virtual training events run by the District to provide Club Officers with the knowledge and tools they need to keep their clubs healthy and successful.
Trained club officers can result in more satisfied members, more exciting club meetings, and more new members. Attending training also helps leaders meet new people and become more confident in their leadership role, leading to a more positive personal experience.
Any Toastmasters member can attend any of the TLIs. Club officers will receive formal credit for officer training.
Advanced, and 3 Fundamental Sessions –
All officer breakout sessions will discuss how corporate officer roles differ
If you hold more than one Club Officer role, be sure to attend the Combo session to receive credit for each role.
Round 1 Sessions:
Saturdays, July 23, 30, and August 6, and Sunday, July 31st
All officers MUST register to attend any 1-day session and complete the pre-work.
July 30 – Advanced Club Officer Training for Seasoned Club Leaders
A thriving club environment begins with its members. High engagement drives member achievement, which leads to membership growth and a strengthened community.
