Feedback from the January 10, 2026 Hybrid Focus Session:

I loved the amount of time given for interaction. It truly was engaging and got everyone (who wanted to be) involved 🙂 The breakout session was excellent and gave us all new and different insights on one main topic. We heard recommendations that weren’t the same ol’ “this is how to be a good VPE.” It was fresh information. Also, I appreciated the amount of time we had to ask questions of the officer trainers – one day, Pathways will be turnkey lol. Also LOVED James Hennis’ ending keynote – amazingly inspirational and sent me away with something awesome to think about. Honestly, I’ve been to so many of these that I thought I could simply turn the volume up and finish deep cleaning my bathroom while listening to the training. Nope – bathroom is still dirty and I am glad for it. Excellent training!
