New Club Forms – These forms must be submitted to Toastmasters International to charter your club.

 Application to Organize: The Application to Organize may be submitted and paid online using Step 2 from the Start a Club page.   Alternatively, complete all information on this hard copy of the form and email to newclubs[at]nulltoastmasters[dot]org or fax to 1-303-799-7753.

All incoming new members are to complete and sign a new member application.

Club Sponsor Responsibilities Before Submitting Membership Materials
• ✅ Ensure each member has signed their Membership Application.
• ✅ Complete the Officer Information form.
• ✅ Copy all relevant data from the Membership Applications and Officer Information form.
• ✅ Ensure that a club officer signs Form 433: Club Membership and Club Officer Information.  (updated 9/2025)
• ✅ Submit the signed Form 433 to the Toastmasters New Club Department.
• ✅ Provide the original Membership Applications and Officer Information form to the club Secretary for club records.
• ✅ Retain a copy of Form 433 in the Secretary’s club records.
