Pass out paperwork, introduce speakers, crowd control and all around assistance

Registration

Assist with covering the Registration table

Answer questions and direct traffic

Assist with room set up and microphone needs

Assist in getting donors of money and things for the conference

Many roles available such as judge, ballot counter, Sergeant at Arms, Chief Judge, Timer
