Organizational Meeting
The purpose of the Organizational Meeting is to select club officers and determine meeting day/time/frequency and club name
- Either Club Growth Director, or an Extension Coordinator, confirms meeting day/time with club Sponsor.
- Organizational Meeting Agenda.
- Is is suggested the Organizational Meeting be held within two weeks after the Kickoff Meeting.
- Following the Organizational Meeting, our team assists with completion of new club forms and membership applications.
- Select Prospective Clubs to verify your Charter Forms have been processed successfully.
