Discover ways to do all FOUR by hosting a 4-8 week Speechcraft series inside the Club, outside in the Community, starting Corporate Programs, and as stand-alone programs. Speaker to Leader. Learn how to find your specific leadership style and use it to go from speaker to leader. Do you want to learn how to move into leadership and gain more skills to help you get ahead at your job? Victoria will be teaching you how to identify your speaking strengths and turn them into leadership skills. We will also cover how to set goals to keep you moving in the right direction.

Mentoring: Retain Your Members, Grow Your Club. We learn by doing, and this session includes a workshop/role-play that shows how to mentor new members. The Evaluation Equation. Dr. Smedley believed evaluations were one of the most important part of Toastmasters – and he was right! Join us as we discuss what makes a good evaluation, traps to avoid, and strategies to take your evaluations to the next level.

How Can We Help You? Are you trying to start a club? Club sponsoring will allow you to help a prospective group with their chartering paperwork. Are you wanting to assist a newly chartered club for a minimum of 6 months? Then club mentoring may be your fit. Perhaps assisting struggling clubs is your strong suit? If so, club coaching for clubs with 1-12 members may be ideal for you. Come learn about all 3 club support roles!!!
