Let’s go!  Complete every role by June 15th!
The D26 Role Game – Contest Season Edition is designed to elevate your leadership and speaking skills
by taking you beyond the familiar club environment and onto the wider District stage. While continuing
to support core club meetings, this game edition challenges members to participate in Contest Season
(Club, Area, Division & District levels) and the Annual District Conference. Foster leadership and
accelerate skill development by encouraging members to:
– Show Up as enthusiastic audience members (Fans).
– Step Up into leadership and service roles (Crew).
– Support the Stage by competing (Arena) and serving in leadership/service roles (Crew).

It is about experimentation and contribution — not perfection!

Club Officers, Action Needed Now

Club officers: the next move is yours—choose your club’s Game Master today and empower them to launch the D26 Role Game – Contest Season Edition at your next meeting. This high-visibility “quasi-officer” becomes your club’s Chief Engagement Officer for contest season, championing participation now through the end of June.

What’s in it for your club (by playing the game)

  • Boost vitality: break routine and create a lively, fun meeting experience.
  • Build connection: members rally together—carpool to contests, cheer loudly, serve, and grow across the District.
  • Accelerate growth: members are nudged to Show Up (Fan), Step Up (Crew), or enter the Arena (Competitor).
  • Gamified momentum: clear prompts, friendly accountability, and built-in recognition that keeps participation fun—not forced.

What’s in it for the Game Master

  • Leadership visibility with real impact (without the heavy lift of a full officer role).
  • Guaranteed speaking reps: a 60-second “Game Moment” at every meeting—high-energy, persuasive, and fun.
  • Leadership in action: motivate participation, track progress, and run a simple season-long project.
  • Be the Chief Celebrator: recognize “first-timers,” celebrate wins, and build culture.

Game Master responsibilities (simple + powerful)

  • Launch the game and keep it alive with a weekly Game Moment.
  • Track squares/badges, verify wins, and celebrate progress.
  • Encourage participation as Fans, Crew, and Arena all season long.
