Dear Club Officer,
In October, we informed your club of the Board’s decisions to ease the minimum renewal requirement and delay suspensions. The exceptions are set to expire and our records indicate that your club has not met the minimum membership requirement for the past two renewal periods. Ready to return to good standing and avoid suspension? To do so, your club must have at least eight members who have paid their membership dues within the October 2020–March 2021 period and either submit membership dues for the April 2020–September 2020 period as well, or submit a $100 USD reinstatement fee to cover that period.
We understand your club may be struggling with adding new members during this time. There are many resources on the Toastmasters website, such as the ones listed below, that may help in finding and gaining new members. If your club has an officer list on file, any paid club officer can make payments on the “Submit Payment” page on Club Central. If your club officer list is not on file, or if all your officers are unpaid, please submit a list of renewing members, along with their payments, as soon as possible. To submit your list or payment, contact the Club and Member Support Team at +1 720-439-5050 between 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
