DISTRICT PERFORMANCE
Check the Distinguished Club Program (DCP) status for individual clubs, areas, divisions, and the district. You can also obtain updates on new and prospective clubs as well as club sponsors, mentors, and coaches. If you are an officer responsible for filing reports, please check periodically to ensure they are accurate and up to date.

We are looking forward to recognizing our Gold, Silver, and Bronze STAR Area Directors for completing their Area Visits before deadline and providing feedback to the clubs in their area, so the District can provide the support needed for success.

The STAR definitions used by District 26 are:
  • GOLD STAR – Completed Area Visit Reports by Aug 31st
  • SILVER STAR – Completed Area Visit Reports by Sep 30th
  • BRONZE STAR – Completed Area Visit Reports by Oct 31st

Before you visit a club, check its website to ensure that the contact information is current and it follows the brand guidelines. During your visit, see if the club uses branded agendas, name cards and fliers. If not, point club officers to the brand portal and encourage them to take advantage of its free resources.

U.S. Clubs: Submit Your IRS 990-N e-Postcard
U.S.-based clubs are required to file the 990-N e-Postcard electronically with the Internal Revenue Service. Club presidents and treasurers received an email from the Tax and Regulation team on January 16 containing filing instructions and their club’s federal employer identification number. If you have any questions, please email 990N@toastmasters.org.
