Answer: When someone uses FrontPage to make a web site, you may already be aware that the site location on the server is setup differently than for an account that uses standard ftp. So, for me to enable you to have access to your site location, I need to delete the entire account and re-set it up for standard ftp. That means any files, text, or images that are on your site now will be lost once I delete the account and setup a new one for you. If you want me to delete the entire account, you could just start from scratch. Or, you can visit each page of your site, click on "View" and then "Source" and copy and paste the code to your own computer and then right-click over any images on your site and save them also so you have a complete backup. Then, let me know and I'll zap the account and re-set it up for ftp.
