What is it that you want to accomplish in 2005? 

• Do you have measurable goals?  Many top motivational speakers say that setting goals often separate the doers from the promisers.
  

• Set attainable goals.
  

• Expand you vision! Believe beyond the attainable. 
  

• Include others in the fulfillment of your plan. Unless your goal is to become a hermit, you will need to interact with people. 
  

• Create goals that are not dependent on the willingness of others to support you in your pursuit. While that may sound contradictory to the earlier bullet, the key word is "dependent."
