Contest Documents

In the Fall of every year, clubs begin holding their Humorous Speech contest and the Evaluation contest. In the Spring, the International Speech Contest and the Table Topics contest is held.

Here is a quick checklist for you to make sure you have each document before holding your contest day. These forms can be acquired through Toastmasters International as part of a contest packet.

Judging Ballots (There is a separate form for each contest. Don't try to use an International Speech contest judges form for a Humorous Speech contest judges form. They are not the same.

Biographical Sheet (mostly needed for levels above the club)

Award Certificates

Notification of Winner (to be forwarded to Area or Division Governor or Chairperson for next contest level)
