I came up with some checklists to help role players:

• A standard meeting agenda for use by the toastmaster of the day.
• A toastmaster of the day's checklist to help the toastmaster plan the upcoming meeting.
• A grammarian's checklist to help the grammarian keep track of all the um' and ah's.
• A general evaluator's checklist to help the GE keep track of the role.

The Toastmasters newsgroup alt.org.toastmasters is a great resource. You can converse with other Toastmasters from around the world. You can also access this newsgroup on the web with Google.
